We are investigating an issue in Net Health Optima (COM) where the application may unexpectedly close during certain export or import activities, including exporting reports, batch-printing documents, or importing files.
Our investigation indicates this behavior is related to a Microsoft-maintained runtime DLL and occurs on a subset of Windows 11 Pro devices. The defect has been identified, and our engineering team is working on enhancements to better isolate this dependency and reduce the likelihood of application closure. Updates will be shared as they become available.
