Before upgrading to Optima v26.03, install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable (x86) on all Windows 10/11 devices.

Without this update, users may see: “Could not load file or assembly ‘CefSharp.Core.Runtime.dll’” Steps: Download, Install, Reboot.
