Some users have reported errors when printing documents or viewing clinical documentation in Optima. This is caused by a compatibility issue caused by Microsoft in Windows 11 version 25H2, not a problem within Optima. Customers who have not yet upgraded are strongly urged to delay upgrading until Microsoft releases a fix or a validated workaround is available.
